About Us
We are located 40 minutes South of Hollister in a rural area where cattle by far outnumber the people. Like a trip to the old west, it is not unusual to see coyotes, bobcats, wild boar, turkey, deer and other wildlife. Remote and rural, a serene mountain setting with 4000 acres to ride and explore on.
We have not owned this new property long, but we are working hard to make our vision our reality. Our hilly terrain makes for sure-footed and fit horses. We offer quality prospects and finished horses as available on our sale page.
We are a small family owned breeding facility with our primary focus on disposition and athletic ability. The addition of color to that is just a bonus. Our foals are handled extensively and with lots of love, but at the same time insuring they have the proper respect for humans. They have been exposed to kids, dogs, and cattle.
Ground work is started very early and I can't impress upon you enough the importance of this early training. It makes the process of starting under saddle much easier and faster, plus a better finished horse in the end.
